Cancellation Policy
Refunds and Transfers: No Refunds After 24 Hours: All bookings are final and non-refundable 24 hours after purchase. However, we understand that plans can change. You may transfer your booking to another date if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Arrival and Departure: Punctuality: Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. The boat will leave promptly as scheduled. No refunds or transfers will be provided for late guests who miss the departure time. Onboard Policies: Food and Alcohol: No food or alcohol is permitted on board unless previously discussed. However, water and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed. Restroom Facilities: Please use the restroom prior to arrival, as there are no restroom facilities on the boat. There is a porta potty near the meeting area. Children and Safety: Age Restrictions: For safety reasons, children under the age of 5 are not allowed on board. Adult Supervision: There must be at least one adult (18+) for every two children in your party. Life Vests: Children under 12 must wear a life vest at all times on board. Fishing Licenses: Oklahoma Fishing License: A current Oklahoma fishing license is required for all guests who intend to fish.
