Q: Where do we meet?
A: All trips meet at the Lake Hefner Marina: 4407 S Lake Hefner Dr, Oklahoma City, OK 73116. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. Use Google Maps only (Apple Maps will take you to a fire station).

Q: How many guests can join?

Fishing Charters: up to 4 guests.

Q: Can I bring alcohol?
A: Yes! All trips are BYOB. IDs will be checked before boarding.

Q: What’s the cancellation & refund policy?

Standard (locals): Reschedule only (no refunds). Discounted option, best if you’re local and flexible.

Upgraded (visitors): 100% refund if weather cancels your trip. Perfect if you’re traveling and can’t reschedule.

All other services: Optional Weather Protection Add-On (covers a full refund for weather-related cancellations).

Q: What about bad weather?
A: Safety comes first. Trips are canceled or rescheduled for:

Sustained winds over 15 mph

Lightning in the area

Severe weather or tornado advisories
We’ll notify you as early as possible.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Sunscreen, sunglasses, comfortable clothing, and seasickness meds if needed. Water and soda are provided. Bring your own drinks/snacks (BYOB).

Q: Is fishing gear included?
A: Yes, all gear and bait are provided.
​
Q: Can I keep the fish I catch?
A: Yes, within local regulations. Please bring a cooler in your vehicle for transport.
Q: Do you clean the fish we catch?
A: Yes! For an additional $25 per trip, we’ll clean and bag your catch so it’s ready to take home and cook. This covers the whole group — no matter how many fish you reel in. Just select the Fish Cleaning Add-On when you book, and we’ll handle the rest.

Q: Do I need experience to fish?
A: No — we welcome beginners and pros! Target species include largemouth bass, channel catfish, and crappie.

Q: Do I have to wear a life vest?
A: Under 12: life vest required. Ages 12–17: optional with parent consent. 18+: optional.

Q: Are there restrooms?
A: No restrooms on board. A porta potty is available near the dock.
